그렇다면 당신의 광고 회사에서 시흥시를 신흥시로 잘못기재했다는 얘기인데 내잘못은 아니군요. 그럼 왜 미리 정정을 않했습니까? 신흥시가 아니고 시흥시라고….
제가 앞서 글에 질문한 문제에 대해선 답을 않하고 엉뚱한 얘기만 하는데 답을 주셨으면 고맙겠습니다. 그리고 당신은 아직도 내가 대한민국사람이라는걸 못믿는모양인데 당연히 나는 대한민국 사람입니다. 내가 매번 영어로 묻고 답을해서 의심하는 겁니까? 당신이 한국어를 한다면 나도 당연히 한글로 쓸겁니다. 당신이 미국인이니까 영어로 하는겄뿐이죠. 다행이네요! 왜냐면 당신이 한국어를 할줄안다면 더 많은 한국인들에게 사기를 칠테니까요. 한국인들을 너무 깔보지 마십시요.
당신은 계속 지금과같이 행동을 하겠다고 했는데, 이유는 당신이 도와 줘야 할 사람이 많아서라구요? 물론 도와 주어야겠죠. 그래야 단증 장사를 할수 있을테니까! 그리고 내 이름을 알려 달라구요? 내 이름을 어디에 쓸렵니까? 내 이름을 이용해 장사를 하겠다는 겁니까? 당신의 행동과 내이름은 관계가 없습니다.
대한 합기도협회나 국기원 이름을 당신 개인단체의 단증에 포함해선 않됩니다. 많은 사람들 생각에 당신 개인단체의 단증이 위 두 단체와 공동으로 발행하는줄 착각하고 있으까요. 이거야 말로 사기가 아닙니까? 이건 분명히 합기도인이나 태권도인들 뿐만이아니라 전 대한민국 국민들의 명예 문제 입니다.
이제 그만 그들을 더이상 망신시키지 마십시요.
그리고 당신은 KHF 의 모든 직책에서 물러 나야합니다. 않 그러면 나도 어쩔수 없이 먼저 글에서 말한대로 전 세계의 무술 Web sites 에 당신과 당신의 단체에 대한 글을 올릴겄이며, 오는 10월에 미국의 Florida 에서 열리는 세미나 등에도 글을 보내겠습니다. 그 글을 믿건말건 그건 그들의 판단에 달렸으니 기다려 봅시다.

Dear Mr. Richard Hackworth,
In that case, your newsletters misprinted the name of Shin Heung city; it should be Shi Heung city. When they misprinted, you should have corrected this mistake as soon as possible. Your spelling mistakes are not my fault.
You still haven’t answered what I asked you in my previous letter. I would appreciate it if you could answer my questions. Do you still doubt whether I am a Korean because I am questioning and answering you in English? I am only doing this because you are an American so I am forced to use English. If you could read, speak and write in Korean then of course I would use Korean to communicate with you. In a way, it is good you don’t understand Korean! If you could use Korean, you would probably cheat more Koreans.
You said that you want to carry on your way because you have to help other people. Of course you want to carry on your way, because you want to sell more certificates to them. Because you are so scared of losing your pride, along with your thick-headedness, I find that I no longer have any other alternative than to do what I said earlier.
By the way, will you explain how you help the people? You just help them to advertise, that’s all right? And because of this you don’t want to give up?
The issue about me giving you my name should be dropped because this doesn’t concern you & your group. Showing my true identity is just unuseful information.
You must change the way you are handling everything. You are breaching copyright laws whenever you use the KHF & Kukkiwon’s name on your certificates. Just use your own organization’s name, otherwise the people might be misinformed & cheated. This does not only concern members of Hapkido & Taekwondo, it also concerns Korea’s image. So please don’t spoil the Koreans’ image anymore.
Finally, you must resign from the KHF at once. Otherwise, I will post my letters on the other martial arts web sites about you & your organization, including the Seminar in Florida, U.S.A. on October 2003. I understand that it depends on the other people’s will to believe in me or not. However, you are taking a very huge gamble and we shall see what will happen.
